Go to www.kellysolutions.com
Scroll down to the bottom and choose GA from the drop down menu. Click "Go"
Scroll down to the bottom and click "Licensing and Certification"
Click the link that has the field you want to search by, for example, click, Search by Certified Pest Control Operator Last Name
Type your last name in the box, and chose whether you are certified or registered. Click "Find applicators with these criteria"

If your address has changed and you have not notified the Department, you need to do so immediately.
Please click on the link to the left, labeled "Become a CPCO Member" once you have click on that link, click on "Change of Address Form."
