All registrations must be received in the CPCO office by October 3, 2025. No on-site exhibit registration. Cancellation/Substitution: If you can’t attend but can send a substitute representative, just phone our office. If you need to cancel, please phone by 10/1/25 so that we may process a refund for you. Cancellations after this date to 10/3/25 will receive a refund less 25%.
No refunds for no shows or cancellations received after 10/3/25. Refunds to credit cards will be less a 3% cancellation/processing fee.
