2024 Fall Conference Exhibit Registration

All registrations must be received in the CPCO office by September 20, 2024. No on-site registration. Cancellation/Substitution: If you can’t attend but can send a substitute representative, just phone our office. If you need to cancel, please phone by 9/20/24 so that we may process a refund for you. Cancellations after this date to 9/25/24 will receive a refund less 25%. No refunds for no shows or cancellations received after 9/25/24. Refunds to credit cards will be less a $10 cancellation fee.
